Florida (21-11), now 7-0 against the SEC West this season, has a chance to add another win Friday night against Mississippi State, the West's No. 1 seed, in the quarterfinals.
Junior Chandler Parsons scored 21 points and had six rebounds for Florida, and junior Vernon Macklin had 10. Sophomore Erving Walker had six points, all from the charity stripe, seven rebounds and six assists.
The Gators will play the Bulldogs Friday night at 7:30 p.m. (ET). The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
