An attorney for the University of Florida student shot last week by police says his client was wounded in both the hand and face, while the student's brother says a bullet remains lodged near his spine and poses a threat for paralysis.
A video recording taken outside UF doctoral student Kofi Adu-Brempong's apartment during the shooting on March 2 could shed light on the incident. A spokesman for the State Attorney's Office confirmed the existence of the recording but declined to release it, citing an ongoing investigation.
