“Guess the Score Contest”

1.         Entrants must be legal residents of Florida and be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

2.         Employees (including, without limitation, part-time and temporary but excluding independent contractors as that term is used by the United States Internal Revenue Service) of Entercom Gainesville, LLC d/b/a WSKY (“Station”), Carrabbas Italian Grill, any other Contest sponsor or prize provider in this contest and their respective affiliated companies (collectively with Station, “Sponsors”) and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, co-habitating partners, roommates, and siblings). Station may require proof of age, identification, residency and/or social security number prior to delivering any prize.

3.         Limited of one (1) winner per family and/or household will be permitted in this Contest (only the first chronological winner will be awarded their prize).

4.         No purchase is necessary to enter or win in this Contest.

5.         Each    Thursday through Friday beginning September 6, 2007 and ending January 11, 2008 (the “Contest Period”), contestants may enter by going to http://www.thesky973.com and by clicking on the WSKY CARRABBAS Contest link located on the homepage. You will then be redirected to the Contest email form, administered by Station. Each contestant must complete the registration process to become eligible to play. The registration form requests contestant’s age, email, daytime and evening telephone numbers and contestant’s guess of the correct final score of the Florida football game held on the Saturday immediately following his or her entry. Station suggests that the contestants print out their entry before submitting their guess. Entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on each Friday during the Contest Period. Entries submitted after this deadline will be disqualified.

6.         Contestants must provide all information requested on the entry form for this Contest. Incomplete forms will be disqualified, in Station’ sole discretion. Contestants are required to provide truthful information when completing the entry form. If Station determines that any entry form contains false or fraudulent information or is submitted by a person other than the one named in the form or by an ineligible contestant, such entry will be disqualified and the contestant who submitted the form will be prohibited from participating in this Contest. All entries from ineligible contestants will be void.   Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry modes on-line is prohibited and will be void.   In case of an identity dispute, the registered user of the email account on the date of entry listed on the on-line entry form will be the recognized entrant. All entries become the sole property of Station, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7.         Up to one (1) winner will be selected each week during the Contest Period. Weekly winners will be selected based on which contestant guessed the closest final score of both teams in the Florida football game that Saturday without going over. In the event of a tie among two (2) or more contestants, the tie will be broken and the contestant who submitted his or her entry to the Station first will be the weekly winner. There will be NO weekly winner in the event no contestant that week correctly guesses the closest final score of both teams in the Florida football game that Saturday without going over.

8.         Weekly winners will be notified by Station at the telephone number provided to the Station in their entry registration by the Monday immediately following their winning entry. Station will only be required to leave one message at the telephone number or message to the email address provided in the on-line registration in the Contest. If no answer, response, wrong number or email address, or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact. However, Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to attempt to contact any potential winners more than once and shall not be required to attempt to contact all potential winners an equal number of time or in the same manner/mode.

9.         Station is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent an individual from entering Contest. Station is not responsible for any entries that are misdirected, lost, stolen, disconnected, not received, or are illegible. Station not responsible for any printing errors. Station assumes no responsibility for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Station assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the website. Station reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of the Contest or website, to be acting in violation of the terms of the website or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of website. If, for any reason, Contest, in the sole opinion of Station, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the Station, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Station reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Contest, and determine winner from Internet entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Station. 

10.       All entries become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible contestants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in the Contest.

11.       There will be up to 14 winners during the Contest. Each weekly winner will receive one (1) gift certificate to CARRABBAS ITALIAN GRILL with a value of $45 with an expiration date of  June 1, 2008. 

12.       Prize will be released to the winners only. All winners must claim prize in person at Station’s studios located at 3600 N.W. 43^rd Street, Building B, Gainesville, Florida during Station’s normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. no later than 30 days after winning. Prize will be released to the winner only. Before claiming prize, winner must present a valid state photo ID and social security number in order to pick up any prize. Winner must sign a Release relieving Station, its parent, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and Contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the entrant’s participation in the Contest and the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any person who refuses to provide a valid state photo ID, social security number or refuses to sign the Release will forfeit the Contest prize. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. If winner does not claim prize by required deadline then winner will forfeit prize and prize will be disposed of within the discretion of Station Management.

13.       Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

14.       All winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules and may be issued an IRS 1099 form for all prizes won from Station where the aggregate value of all prizes is worth $600 or more.

15.       By participating in this Contest, each contestant grants Station to use his or her name, likeness, biographic information, photograph and voice for advertising and/or promotion purposes without notice or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law) and agrees, without additional compensation, to appear for any presentation or other activity, which may include filming/audio/video/ electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Station.

16.       All prize claims are subject to verification of the claimant’s identification as the actual person named on the selected entry, eligibility, and compliance with these Contest rules. Station will verify the actual intended winner by checking appropriate personal identification such as a driver’s license, or other state or federal identification acceptable to Station. The winner may be required to show picture identification to claim the prize and to evidence proof of age, identification and/or residency. Station reserves the right to require and examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

17.       Station is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize (as long as such Station is not the ultimate provider of the prize). Station accepts no responsibility or liability, and by participating in this Contest all contestants hereby release Station and its sponsors from any responsibility or liability, in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the Contest, (b) acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder and/or (c) any other issues that may arise due to or arising from this Contest.

18.       Odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and contestant’s ability to correctly guess the closest score of the Florida football game that week without going over.

19.       Station Management shall be the sole arbiters of the Contest and in the interpretation of these Contest rules. Their decisions shall be final and non-appealable. Entry into this Contest constitutes agreement by contestants to abide and agree to these rules, as well as any other rules established by the Station.

19.       Complete Contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours 9:00am to 5:00pm at 3600 N.W. 43^rd Street, Building B, Gainesville, Florida or by going online at http://www.thesky973.com.

20.       To find out who the winners were, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to T.J. Hart c/o “WSKY and Carrabbas Guess the Score Contest Winners List” 3600 N.W. 43^rd Street, Building B, Gainesville, Florida after January 15, 2008.

21.       This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Station, Carrabbas Italian Grill, their parents, subsidiaries, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contest sponsors and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting for participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

22.       Station reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at any time with or without written notice.

23.       Station reserves the right to end or stop any contest at any time and for any reason.
